Pegotty Cooper is a Leadership and Career Strategy Coach who has been at the forefront of helping motivated professionals redefine and reinvent themselves as they navigate the challenges of the 21st century workplace: high-stress conflict, overloaded job responsibilities, increasing complexity and decreasing satisfaction. Having reinvented herself through four major career changes and successfully made the transition from corporate executive to independent business owner, Pegotty has been instrumental in helping professionals take the leap from doing what they thought they had to do to doing what they love to do. A Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives, she has been invited to the ASAE Annual Meeting for the past 12 years to coach senior staff members and executives. She has also held leadership positions with the International Coach Federation since 2004, and leads a coach training organization which she co-founded with her husband in 2011.
