Minx Boren MCC is a master certified coach, credentialed through the International Coach Federation. In addition, Minx has trained in such cutting edge technologies as Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence, the Art of Convening, the PRINT, and Authentic Happiness Coaching. She is committed to being a lifelong learner and has just added Conversational Intelligence™ to her areas of expertise.

Coaching is a process of inquiry enhanced by intention and Minx’s favorite question, from a poem by Mary Oliver, is “Tell me what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” Coaching is also action oriented and so her focus is on not only what it means to live a joyful, meaningful, and fulfilling life but also what it takes to do. With a strong background in healthwise cooking/teaching and nutrition, Minx also believes in paying attention to the extraordinary and multi-dimensional self-care needed to flourish and lead a fulfilling life.

Coach Minx is a writer, poet, motivational speaker, and workshop facilitator. For more than 25 years Minx has been convening essential conversations and delivering impactful programs to large and small audiences, businesses, and not-for-profits as well as to intimate groups meeting in homes, community facilities, spas, and wellness centers. She is the author of four books of poetry and co-author of eight books for women. Her book, Healing is a Journey – find your own path to hope, recovery, and wellness, was released by Blue Mountain Arts in May 2014 and her newest book, Friendship Is a Journey – a celebration of true connection and deep caring, came out in June of 2016.

Affiliations include being a member of and the 2013-14 President of Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, a Board Member of the Women’s Foundation of Palm Beach County since 2009, and a member of Leadership Palm Beach County – class of 2013. She is a 2013 recipient of the Giraffe Award, presented by the Women’s Chamber of Commerce to women who “stick their necks out for others.”
